Programs are written and stored on an integrated computerised CAD/CAM facility networked throughout the factory and downloaded to machine tools via DNC linking. Prototypes A full range of precision manual machines are available to fulfil 'one-off' and small batch work operated by a dedicated team of highly skilled personnel. Production a comprehensive range of production machines give 0.0001mm programmed precision. Each machine is maintained to the highest standard, with regular checks for accuracy during production runs. Delivery The company gives maximum priority to meeting client delivery dates and will be pleased to negotiate delivery to service customer requirements. |
